The Honey Comb Cabin + Queen Bee Guest Suite is a brand new listing. With the recent renovation of the attached Guest Suite the cabin now holds up to 6 guests instead of the original 2. The Honey Comb is apart of the Cookiebutter Cabins, a collection of 5 magical cabins nestled together in Bass Lake. These rustic, fun and funky cabins are the most unique AirBnb experiences in Bass Lake! You are a 10 minute walk to the lake and a 25 minute drive to Yosemite’s South Entrance.

Built in 1945 and recently upgraded, this retro cabin is the perfect getaway for couples, families and friends looking to relax and enjoy the mountains, Bass Lake, and Yosemite. The interior is brimming with quirky retro design, a fully stocked kitchen, games, comfy beds, blankets, books and vinyls. The living room has a charming vintage electric fireplace (for ambiance, no heat) and on the deck you'll find a hot tub, grill, propane fire pit and picnic table, all overlooking the gorgeous Sierra Mountains. SET UP: • Loft #1 — Queen Bed • Bedroom — Full Bed • Loft #2 — Queen Bed • Full Bath off of the Bedroom • Half Bath below Loft #2 This cabin is the perfect escape for the adventurer, romantic, friends or family group looking for a peaceful space to unwind and rejuvenate the soul. The original cabin only allows for 2 guests but the guest suite now allows for up to 6 guests in total! See the original Honeycomb Cabin listing on our profile for reviews. (2) There is one parking spot directly in front of this cabin. A second parking spot can be made available. Please reach out in advance to arrange. (3) The deck has a propane fire pit and grill that can be used year round. (4) We are pet friendly, however, pets are not allowed on cabin beds, duvets, furniture and blankets. Please bring a pet blanket or bed to help cut down on hair. Dogs may not be left alone at the cabin unsupervised. (5) Early check-in and late checkouts are unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. (6) We adhere to AirBnb’s strict cancelation policy and suggest all guests obtain travel insurance to protect themselves in the rare instance your travel plans change. (7) Please keep in mind that this is an older cabin that has been refurbished with modern appliances. The stairs to the loft are much steeper than traditional homes and are not suitable for the elderly or those with difficulty walking or climbing.

Check out sister cabins The Coookiebutter, Snickerdoodle, Jolly Rancher and Lolly Lodge for additional spaces to rent for larger groups and events. (2) There is only one parking spot at this cabin. Cars that sit lower to the ground than normal may have difficulty with the hilly driveway. (3) The deck has a propane fire pit and grill that can be used year round. (4) We are pet friendly, however, pets are not allowed on cabin beds, duvets, furniture and blankets. Please bring a pet blanket or bed to help cut down on hair. Dogs may not be left alone at the cabin unsupervised. (5) Early check-in and late checkouts are unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs.
