These five enchanting cabin hideaways are nestled together in a small valley at the edge of the Sierra National Forest. Winding forest paths weave the cabins together, converging at a bubbling waterfall that dances through the heart of the property. Along the way, you’ll discover outdoor fire pits, grills, cozy deck spaces, hammocks, a peaceful 8-foot Cowboy Hot Tub perched at the edge of the forest, and a second hot tub tucked among the trees. Every season brings its own kind of magic. Spend summer evenings sipping cocktails in a hammock, gather around board games with friends, bike to the lake, soak beneath the stars, or curl up by the fire and watch the snow. On rainy days, listen to the rhythm of water dancing across the tin roofs while you relax in the warmth of a hot tub. For groups gathering together, we set up 10' wooden banquet tables set beneath twinkling string lights in the upper driveway at the Lolly Lodge. This communal space is thoughtfully woven with designated dishware, silverware, glassware, and wine glasses, creating a beautiful setting for shared meals, games and celebration. Please Note: Due to updated county regulations, all outdoor wood-burning fire pits and grills have been converted to propane. No firewood is necessary. #1 — THE COOKIEBUTTER (Green) This whimsical cabin greets you at the front of the property and is brimming with quirk, character, and charm. Inside, a beautiful freestanding propane fireplace anchors the living space, while a large coffee table invites long evenings of games and conversation. You’ll also find a Super Nintendo, puzzles, a piano, tetherball, a grill, and an outdoor fire pit—each adding another layer to the experience. Sleeps: 6 • Master Bedroom — Full Bed • Loft 1 — Queen Bed • Loft 2 — Two Twin Beds Please Note: Loft #1 is accessed through the Master Bedroom. #2 — THE SNICKERDOODLE (Blue) With its retro interior and open floor plan, the Snickerdoodle offers a cozy and romantic retreat. It’s filled with blankets, books, puzzles, and thoughtful details, while a charming gas stove keeps the cabin warm on crisp mountain evenings. Outside, you’ll find hammocks, a grill, an outdoor fire pit, and a private clawfoot soaking tub where you can unwind beneath the trees. Sleeps: 3 • Main Living/Sleeping Area — Full Bed • Kitchen Nook — Twin Bed #3 — THE LOLLY LODGE (Yellow, Upper Unit) Perched above the property, this private upper unit enjoys sweeping views of the cabins below and the Sierra Mountains beyond. The wraparound deck features a propane fireplace and grill, while inside you’ll discover a record player, piano, cozy blankets, comfortable beds, and inviting gathering spaces. The Cowboy Hot Tub is just a short stroll away. Sleeps: 6 • Bedroom 1 — Queen Bed • Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed • Bedroom 3 — King Bed #4 — THE JOLLY RANCHER (Yellow, Lower Unit) The Jolly Rancher blends quirky retro charm with mountain-cabin comfort. This playful hideaway is outfitted with a minibar, dining booth, outdoor fire pit, propane grill, hammock, porch swing, dart board, Sega Genesis, record player, cozy blankets, and an abundance of board games. Sleeps: 4 • Bedroom 1 — Queen Bed • Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed #5 — THE HONEYCOMB (Wood) Nestled at the top of the property, the Honeycomb features a spacious wooden deck complete with a hot tub, hammock, propane fire pit, grill, and yoga mats. Inside, the atmosphere is playful and inviting, with two lofted bedrooms, colorful character, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of adventure. Sleeps: 6 • Lofted Bedroom 1 — Queen Bed • Bedroom Below Loft 1 — Full Bed • Lofted Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed • Bedroom Below Loft 2 — Full Pull Out Couch Bed Note: You must cross through "Bedrooms Below Lofts 1 & 2" to access stairs up to the Lofted Bedrooms. — COWBOY HOT TUB Tucked into a ridge overlooking the forest, the Cowboy Hot Tub is one of the property’s most beloved gathering places. This large metal soaking tub is set into the landscape and offers a peaceful place to relax beneath the trees and stars. Amenities include a floating card table with waterproof playing cards and Uno, as well as two lounge chairs and a refreshing copper shower during the warmer months. The jets are clam and do not blow high intensity bubbles. The water temperature is maintained at approximately 102°F and cannot be adjusted. For safety and comfort, a maximum of 6–8 guests may use the tub at one time. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. — CABIN RULES We care deeply for these cabins and the magical experience they provide. To ensure that every guest enjoys their stay—and that the cabins remain special for years to come—please review the following guidelines before booking. (1) Guest Count The maximum occupancy for the property is 27 guests. Some exceptions with prior approval. Exterior security cameras are used throughout the property to verify guest counts. Any unregistered guests or occupancy violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. (2) Pet Guidelines We happily welcome well-behaved pets, but ask that you help us keep the cabins clean and comfortable for future guests. • Pets are not permitted on beds, furniture, or blankets. • Dogs may not be left unattended at the cabins. • Maximum of one pet per cabin. • Pet fee: $30 per pet. (3) Events & Commercial Use Events, weddings, commercial photography, filming, workshops, retreats, and outside guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the owners. (4) Quiet Hours Please respect our mountain community and neighboring properties by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. (5) Check-In & Check-Out Times Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available. This includes luggage storage, grocery drop-offs, or accessing the property before or after your reservation window. (6) Cancellations & Travel Insurance We adhere to Airbnb’s cancellation policy and strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip in the unlikely event that plans change. (7) A Final Note These cabins are vintage mountain homes that have been lovingly restored with modern comforts. As such, you’ll find steeper staircases, thinner windows, creaky floors, winding pathways, and outdoor spaces that remain delightfully lush and untamed.
